Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination (typically 10–21 business days). Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We move fast — orders are typically processed within 24 hours. If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@cinder-haus.com. We’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is in fulfillment.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped. If you don’t see it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Personalized, custom, or final sale items are not eligible for return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re so sorry — that’s not the Cinder Haus experience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll make it right.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the credit.

What materials are your products made from?

It varies by product — each listing includes specific material details. Our drinkware is food-safe and BPA-free. Apparel is made from high-quality fabrics designed for daily wear. If you have specific material questions, the product page or our team can help.

Are your products sustainably made?

We’re intentional about what we carry. We work with suppliers who prioritize quality and responsible production. We’re always evaluating our supply chain as the brand grows — this is an evolving commitment, not a checkbox.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items are restocked; others are limited editions that move on once they’re gone. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about restocks and new arrivals.

Are gratitude journals lined or blank?

Our 90-day gratitude journals feature structured daily prompts with a mix of lined and guided sections — designed to build a consistent practice, not just fill pages. Each page is intentional.
